Description

“Actually, what I did wasn't anything special!” “At some point, it will come out that I can't do anything!” And when a project has obviously been successful, the thought: “Well, I was just lucky!” People with imposter syndrome are familiar with these recurring thoughts.

In this workshop, we deal with the imposter. Where does it come from—and more importantly—how can we overcome these thoughts in concrete terms? Participants are supported in developing their own “megalomania”—not in an exaggerated way, but in a healthy and self-determined form. This is about real inner strength and the courage to believe in yourself more and to clearly define your personal goals. It's about going beyond boundaries – especially those we set for ourselves.

Viva La Größenwahn is a plea for inner strength, courage, and self-determination.

Contents:

  • Typical imposter syndrome thoughts and their recurrence even in cases of obvious success.
  • Engagement with the imposter: where it comes from and how these thoughts can be addressed in concrete ways.
  • Development of inner strength, courage, self-determination, and the encouragement to believe in oneself and define personal goals clearly.

This workshop will be held in German.
